• Resource needs to support for analysis of AANDC,XFS Issues.

• Resource needs to support analysis of ATM security solutions issues.

• Resource needs to track issues though JIRA tool and have experience in using JIRA tool.

• Resource needs to raise ATM software issues with Level 3 software support team, co-ordinate, test and bring the fixes for the issues raised.

• Resource need to go customer facing for the meetings of the issues or quires being raised from the production machines.

• Resource should also need to work on ATM EJ pulling cum software distribution solutions as a Level 2 support for the L1/FMS services provided to the customer.

• Resource need to work and resolve Technical issues raised by FMS services helpdesk provided to customers for EJ, solidcore and HDE solutions.

• Need to co-ordinate with various teams in the NCR for resolution of ATM production issues.

• Need to handle, support and analysis of internal application developed by NCR PS India team(NVIGIL, ICCW etc.)
