Job Title: Sr. Executive - Billing

Region of reports: PAN India/SAARC/North India etc.

Position Summary

Processing Orders as per Indents placed by Billing Team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sale Invoice creation and confirmation of PI from Sales person, distributors & dealers for PAN India Region

• Customer Grievance & Complain handling for PAN INDIA Region

• Coordinating with Warehouse for dispatch of Invoices for PAN INDIA Region

• Maintaining MIS of Orders placed v/s Orders processed

• Sales Returns

Skills Required:

• Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Experience of Microsoft AX will be added Advantage

Education Qualification & Experience required:

• Min 2-3 Years Experience in Customer Service

• Graduate

• Basic Computer and Excel Knowledge

Prior Experience in Order processing will be added advantage

Additional Information:

• Expect to Work late Night in Every Month end
