What role will you play as a member of the Colgate’s Information Technology team?

We are looking for an Information Security OT Platform Services Administrator to join its growing Global Information Security organization. The position will work closely with the Operational Technology (OT) organization, as well as the extended Global Information Technology Infrastructure and Manufacturing teams across the globe. This challenging position requires in depth experience and knowledge of both Operational Technology, Cyber Security Technology and System Administration Technology platforms.

Who are you...

You are a function expert -

  • This position is for an Individual contributor who would be responsible for the following

  • Participates in investigations to determine the root cause of security incidents.

  • Define and ensure compliance with security policies, processes and standards to build a comprehensive Operational Technology security program.

You connect the dots -

  • Your proficiency to work with cross-organizational teams to address alert deficiencies.

  • You connect the dots by configuring, testing, documenting and implementing new or upgrading to processes, controlling as directed.

You are a collaborator -

  • Your expertise and insights as an OT Platform Services Administrator will be instrumental in driving the success.

  • Configure, test, document and implement new or upgrades to processes, controls or products as directed.

  • Provide research, evaluation, testing, planning and implementation support for platform changes across all manufacturing sites globally

  • Participates in investigations to determine the root cause of security incidents.

You are an innovator -

  • Your innovative approach will drive the evolution of our OT Platform Services environment, from introducing innovative features to devising novel approaches for log analysis and security use cases.

  • Your ability to think with a security attitude and build use cases from a security perspective sets you apart as a true innovator.

What you'll need... (Required)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in OT industry or similar experience

  • 2+ years of experience with systems administration of IT Infrastructure

  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity policies and standards related to ICS/SCADA.

  • Ability to apply knowledge of Cyber Security to OT/ICS/SCADA systems to implement new cyber defense/resiliency techniques.

  • Knowledge or Experience with server virtualization software required, (VMWare preferred)

  • Experience with Firewalls and Networking (Splunk and Palo Alto Networks preferred)

  • Knowledge or Experience with AWS or GCP cloud services a plus

  • Awareness of and experience maximising industry standard processes for network and cloud security preferred.

What you'll need... (Preferred):

  • Ability to quickly assimilate new technologies, tools, internal/external systems and design frameworks is a mandatory requirement. Strong and broad technology background is greatly preferred.

  • Ability to think with a security approach. The successful candidate must have a strong IT background with in-depth knowledge of corporate application access control, network routing and packet analysis and cyber threat analysis.

  • Strong knowledge of application architecture, development and secure coding practices.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively directly with others that do not have a security background and be a security spokesperson throughout the Manufacturing and Supply Chain organizations.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $ - $ USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
