Accountable for the sales / Business development – HPC, ISC Region.
Responsible for commercials (volume, Value & CM) of Home & Personal care market segments in Indian subcontinent (ISC)
Implement long term business plan and strategy in co-ordination with Head Commercial ISC and APAC market Manager
To drive business in Indian Sub-Continent for the Market segments of HPC. Formulate local strategies to achieve the targeted long-term plans. Product range includes Non-Ionic surfactants, esters, specialty surfactants.
Responsible for the Volume, Value and Contribution Margin annual targets for the market segments.
Identify key/strategic customers according to the agreed strategic execution plans in assigned territories (Indian Subcontinent) and ensure that action plan is in place for each key customer to achieve customer intimacy for the delivery of value to the business.
Execute the pricing strategy and participate actively in pricing and contract negotiations with key customers to maximize Profit
Required Knowledge/Skills:
Good Communication Skills
Excellent Power point presentation skills and MS Excel Skills
Proven Track record of new business development
Required Experience:
Experiences: The individual should have 8-10 years commercial or business experience in managing large key multinational accounts. At least 6 years in selling to HPC industry
Required Education:
- Education: The job holder should possess a basic degree in Chemistry or a degree from UICT/Others in Surfactants /oil Technology MBA preferred – marketing
