Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • As a Regional Segment Manager for Cardiovascular Ultrasound business, you will be responsible for overseeing order & sales for CVUS segment portfolio for entire West region. You will collaborate with a team of sales personnel, develop, and execute strategic plans to achieve order & sales targets, and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and key opinion leaders.

  • Develop and implement strategic product & sales plans to achieve order & revenue targets and market share growth.

  • Train & assist sales team, providing ongoing training and support to drive individual and team success.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, and distribution partners to drive adoption for GE CVUS Products.

  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats, and recommend appropriate actions.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Prepare and present regular reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities within the region.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in medical device sales preferably ultrasound business with strong domain expertise.

  • Strong understanding of the medtech industry, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, able to translate market insights into actionable strategies and plans.

  • Ability to travel extensively within the region.
