Your day at NTT DATA

The Senior Project Coordinator provides project administrative assistance to a project management team during the delivery of simple and complex projects and programs.

The Senior Project Coordinator may be responsible for delivery of transactional and standard projects as well as providing team lead support to less experienced project administrators/coordinators within the team.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

• Job description with the requirement (Mandates)

• Excellent in Communication (vocal & writing)

• Excellent in Reporting and MIS

• Excellent in coordination

• Responsible for handling first level escalations

• Single point of contact for the client SPOC

• Coordination for rollout of IT Projects, if so required by the client

• Responsible to tracking and implement all devices delivered mentioned in RFP/Scope of work/BoQ

• Supporting to Project Manager for any type of date to prepare the reporting, tracking, presentation

• Preparing and maintaining the network asset inventory.

• Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management only

• Relevant experience ;-3 years of experience in Data Center projects roll out project in field)

• Project details

• Data Centre IT Infra field (Network, Security, Servers and VC technologies)

• Education Criteria & Certifications

• GraduationMIS certification if anyAny other project management certification
