We are seeking an experienced PAN India MIS Manager to oversee our client’s operations and ensure timely and accurate work assigned. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage with cooperation of PAN India execution team on ground.

The MIS Manager will create and maintain CBRE & Client’s policies and procedures, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and develop strategies to improve process efficiency and accuracy.

Ensures accurate invoicing, leads MIS reporting, & analyzes data for cost savings. Collaborates with internal teams & resolves client/vendor inquiries. Requires accounting & accruals expertise. Prepare and present MIS reports to senior management with analysis on cost differential on a presentation-Monthly. Strong Knowledge of accountancy, data complications and coordination within the team for providing accruals on a monthly basis and analytical skill. Handled Invoices for vendors and have knowledge on Receivables and Payable.

•Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

•Minimum of 5 years of experience in MIS or accounting.

•Strong leadership and management skills.

•Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

•Familiarity with invoicing software and systems.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

•Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to invoicing and collections.

•Experience in facility management MIS & Invoicing in a Institutional Banking is a plus.
