Senior consulting position operating independently with some assistance and mentorship to a project team or customer align with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver technical and functional solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. This is an exciting opportunity that will test your consulting skills, critical thinking, leadership, and technical skills to remain focused and follow-through on plans. You won’t be alone; we will provide the tools, raw data, training, mentor and people resources to help you be successful.

Detailed Description

  1. 10+ years overall experience with HCM Applications with recent 4+ years on Oracle Cloud – Fusion (must) a

  2. Project Management

  3. At least 2 end to end implementation engagements on Fusion HCM

  4. Strong Solution Designing skills with solid grasp of integration impact on other modules and other applications.

  5. Sound understanding and exposure in designing strategy for Data Migration/Conversion, Integration Architecture and Proof of Concepts.

  6. Strong expertise in relevant tools/technologies

  7. HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Reports, Integration, Fast Formulas.

  8. Good understanding of HCM Business Processes

  9. Ability to Lead Team-members.

  10. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, teammate, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and sharing the knowledge and client management.

  11. Strong customer handling skills

  12. Flexibility to adapt to project situations and play roles as per project requirements.

  13. Willingness to Travel (50-75%)
