Job Title: Manager – Talent Acquisition

Reporting to: HR Director -SAARC

Location: Pune

Job Purpose

Assa Abloy Opening Solutions is looking for a Manager- Talent Acquisition. This position will be responsible to bring quality talent in the organisation and end-to-end management of the hiring process. Provides strategic and consultative services for SAARC region by understanding market landscape, gain insights into talent pool dynamics. This position will support its primary customers including hiring managers through talent acquisition related activities thus ensuring a positive talent acquisition experience.

What you will be doing:

  • Create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to attract and bring in the best suited talent leading to better business performance.

  • Design & implement Employer Branding initiatives in the region to build future talent pipeline and to enhance employee experience.

  • Ensure end-to-end recruitment life-cycle i.e. gathering requirements, sourcing, offer, onboarding, are completed within target job cycle timeframe.

  • Design, develop & maintain recruitment dashboard and quality of hire matrix

  • Well versed in adapting cost effective techniques based on position at hand ranging from “job portals” to “head hunting” to referrals to “making best use of internet”.

  • Build effective relationships with Internal and external stakeholders

  • Drive Campus Connect programme effectively

  • Be the role model/coach/mentor to the team members.

  • Analyze recruitment software and the performance of recruitment agencies and recommending improvements or changes.

    Additional Information

  • Impactful verbal & written communication skills

  • Hands-on experience in driving recruitment through Global People Solutions (GPS – SAP Success Factors) or any other HRIS

  • Should have a high level of salesmanship, and interpersonal skills and result oriented.

  • Displays the highest standards of work ethics, values, and work discipline.

  • Good understanding of employer branding

  • MS Office knowledge is mandatory.

    What you are

  • Education: MBA or equivalent in Human Resources Specialization

  • 8-12 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition

  • Previously has Led hiring for a company/division that has scaled up
