Job Description

Position Summary:

As a key member of the HR team, the incumbent will serve as a trusted partner and change agent, collaborating with managers and employees both on-site and remotely. This role requires translating strategy into actionable outcomes, addressing talent gaps, and driving initiatives that align with our goals of hiring, engaging, developing, and retaining top talent. The role also involves fostering organizational culture and participating in country-level projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand strategic objectives and associated people metrics.

  • Provide partnership for Business Leadership to provide market insights, updates/demographics, change management support, employee relations management, recommendations on talent retention, engagement or development

  • Drive and/or implement the core HR deliverables like Performance Management, Compensation cycle, ethics completions, recruitment support, EIS activities, D&I initiatives, inductions etc

  • Support with other HR partners on site to create a culture of enablement, support and openness in commercial organization

  • Build highly competent leadership teams and workforce in partnership with the HR Centers of Excellence like TMOD and TA

  • Design, lead, and implement people strategies and initiatives.

  • Implement HR policies and processes within assigned teams.

  • Coach managers on HR policies, restructuring, and complex employee issues.

  • Provide data-driven insights to support people decisions.

  • Lead talent pipeline development and organizational planning.

  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop action plans.

  • Engage with employees through regular meetings to offer proactive people solutions.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to drive recruitment efforts.

  • Participate in HR projects to ensure a consistent employee experience.

  • Support and implement learning and development initiatives.

  • Collaborate with management to assess and address training needs.

  • Drive a culture of compliance/ethics, safety and cybersecurity

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

  • 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in HR partnering, ideally in a global matrix organization.

  • Integrity in business interactions and a commitment to personal accountability.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.

  • Ability to challenge and influence in a matrix organization.

  • Structured approach to managing complex situations.

  • Critical thinking, planning, and execution skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and HRIS tools (preferably Workday).
