About the role

This role will be responsible for managing the daily operations of an HVAC service division, including chillers, AHUs, FCU & other Chilled water application products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical expertise: Providing hands-on expertise for servicing HVAC equipment

• Team leadership: Leading, training, and mentoring a team of HVAC Engineers / technicians

• Customer relationship management: Engaging with clients to understand their service needs and ensure satisfaction. Engaging with customer and taking feedback via NPS system. Ensuring a 90%+ response rate.

• Estimation and financial management: Providing accurate service estimates

• Service schedules: Developing and implementing service schedules and procedures

• Technical training: Creating and presenting technical training programs for technicians

• Inventory management: Overseeing inventory management, Maintaining MSL & arrangement of Spares for Maintenance and Breakdown Jobs

• Inspections: Conducting regular inspections to assess the performance and safety of HVAC systems

• Compliance: Following local, state, and federal HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair regulations

• Responsible for ensuring 95%+ AMC Renewal rate

• Responsible for Ensuring team is collecting the due payments within due day, ensuring DSO does not exceed 45 Days

• Ensuring timely submission of invoices / Supporting documents to customers and collection of payments.

• Expected WO response 4 Hrs

• Resolution for non-parts dependent complaints 24 Hrs.

• Parts dependent complaints 72 Hrs.

• Expected TAT of 95% on time PM Completion

• Conducting of EH&S audits at customer locations 2 audits a month.

• Ensuring Monthly New Risk assessment, JRA Revalidation & Finding Tracker, Heat Map tool, Inspection & Audit status & reporting potential hazard, JRA Tracker, CA Subcon Training update etc. along with follow up’s on monthly Data Input related to Inspection & audit (Plan vs achievement), 50-100 Hrs. update etc.

• A mechanical/ Electrical background and in-depth knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems with 10-14 years experience is required for this role.
