Job Description:

NCR Atleos is seeking a skilled and experienced Manager of Infrastructure Security who will lead the patching and vulnerability remediation for all servers in both datacenters and cloud. The role will require the candidate to build a team that will be responsible for learning and supporting the BigFix patching solution. The successful candidate will lead a team that will partner with the global security team and application owners to review vulnerabilities and create patching cycles to remediate. Patching reports and metrics will need to be created on a monthly basis showing the success of our program. The candidate will need to have experience with change management, ensuring all changes are fully scheduled and approved.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the vulnerability and patching team

• Create KPIs on monthly vulnerability remediation and provide reports to senior leadership

• Develop strong relationships with the Global Security Team to review and prioritize vulnerabilities

• Work with application owners to simplify our patching process, implementing automation for server patching

• Identify patching windows and ensure change management policies are followed

• Partner with the desktop support team to provide assistance in researching and remediating vulnerabilities

Experiences

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with an understanding of operating systems

• 3 years' experience managing a team

• Strong analytical skills

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

• Able to manage relationships with peers and managers as it relates to support and services
