Overview of the job:
Starting your role as a Brand Manager, you'll be thrust into real-world project management duties right away. As an employee, you will be exposed to a wide variety of brands and situations, as well as fantastic individuals working at the company and top external agencies in a variety of markets and possibly even regions.
Overview of the function:
P&G Brand Management is one of the four Disciplines within the P&G Brand function, along with P&G Consumer & Market Knowledge (CMK), P&G Communications, and P&G Design. Together, our role is to build consumer-preferred brands that bring value for consumers, customers, and shareholders. We achieve this through outstanding products, packaging, brand communication, retail execution, and consumer and customer value equation.

This role reports to the «brand director». Responsibilities of the role:
Ensure sufficient inputs across traffic, conversion, and basket metrics to deliver share growth and business results for P&G online
Lead the design, execution, and measurement of media and marketing plans for key eCommerce customers across categories.
Own and implement e-user penetration growth, trials, and premium plans for customer/categories to grow the business profitably.
Improve daily Return on Ad Spends across search, events, and display advertising by gaining a deeper understanding of the e-Shopper Path to Purchase across categories and platforms and applying this knowledge to make more informed investment decisions.
Gain expertise of the eCommerce business by studying sales, marketing, and supply chain fundamentals to seek opportunities for driving customer/category growth.
Develop marketing and commercial skills that are independent of one another to effectively lead clients and product lines.
Job Qualifications
Master's degree (MBA) in Marketing, Business Administration or any business-related field from top Tier-1 colleges coupled with Brand Management interest/passion
Work experience: 1-3 years in FMCG or e-commerce industry
Preferred – experience in handling eCommerce from either platform or company side
Preferred - Experience/understanding of marketing models, digital media and performance marketing
Perfection in achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities
Leadership/Self-starting/out-of-the-box thinking capabilities
Strategic analysis, partnership skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
