Citigroup Cash & Trade Process Analyst 2 in Mumbai, India
The Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 2 is an intermediate level role responsible for oversight on back office operations in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to ensure strict day to day control, implement sustainable technology solutions in coordination with Tech partners, increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure governance and oversight on Trade Finance/ Services Processing hubs with strict control over the risk & control metric associated with each process.
Manage internal & external stakeholders expectation in terms of results, efficiency & overall TAT for the respective process
Exercise control over process metrics by keeping a track of Daily Recons over ageing cases
Accurate and timely reporting against various regulatory mandates
Research current treasury and client operational trends and suggest solutions
Business financial & Analysis to comply with Organizations overall Resource & Location Strategy
Lead innovation and work with Tech partners to implement solutions that will increase operating efficiency and lead to an improved client experience
Assist efforts to help drive high rates of client adoption
Ensure requirements are clearly stated and that business and client needs are met throughout development
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
0-2 years of experience in a related role
Proven system development lifecycle skills
Proficient understanding of emerging technologies
Effective verbal and written skills
Effective analytic and presentation skills
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
CA or MBA Finance/ Stra
