_Division Profile:_ The Wealth Management Platforms organization manages digital platforms and experiences across the Advisor, Workplace and Direct channels, ensuring that our capabilities lead the industry and are delivered and integrated seamlessly. _Position Summary:_ We are seeking a talented and motivated digital product manager to join the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Platforms team. Primary focus will include overseeing the Client and Account Onboarding Platform that supports a number of dynamic and multi-phase projects to transform the firm's existing client onboarding and KYC/EDD Enhanced Due Diligence process. As a product owner, you will inform direction and contribute to the creation and on-going success of the latest digital solutions for our clients.
_Key Responsibilities:_**
Keyresponsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:
· Translate overall business strategy into technical requirements to be developed. · Collaborate with engineering to ensure understanding of product strategy, roadmap, and work to be done. · Prioritize work based on needs and constraints in an agile software development environment. · Partner with program management to align status and milestones. · Present planned work to key stakeholders from business, technology, user experience, risk, fraud, communications, legal & compliance to obtain approvals. · Gather internal and external feedback for insights · Demonstrate empathy for product users and speak to their project journey · Facilitate workshops and meetings · Promote a data-driven mindset in strategic thinking.
_Experience:_
· Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree will be a plus. · A minimum of 3 - 6 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the financial services industry.
_Required Skills:___
· Proven track record of delivering successful digital products on time and within scope. · Experience working in an Agile development environment. · Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. · Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
