Background on the Team

Investor Services India team acts as an extension of the onshore team and is responsible for handling queries from Business units, Fund Administrators, Vendors, and Investors. The team is responsible for vendor oversight and review / resolution of data quality breaks pertaining to Investor, Investment and AUM data. Investor Services team is also responsible for Investor Portal access management.

Responsibilities

· Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.

· Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

· Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and testing.

· Optimize existing reports and dashboards for performance and user experience.

· Create and maintain documentation for reporting processes and dashboard usage.

· Provide training and support to other members of the team on Tableau / Power BI tools and best practices.

Skills desired

· Bachelor’s degree

· 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.

· Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

· Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Alternative fund strategies & Investment management knowledge preferred.

· Fund admin knowledge would be a plus.

· Project Management skills would be a plus.
