Background on the Team

Investor Services India team acts as an extension of the onshore team and is responsible for handling queries from Business units, Fund Administrators, Vendors, and Investors. The team is responsible for vendor oversight and review / resolution of data quality breaks pertaining to Investor, Investment and AUM data. Investor Services team is also responsible for Investor Portal access management.

Responsibilities

· Provide support for implement of data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality and compliance.

· Manage referential data across systems to maintain consistency and accuracy.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for regulatory reporting and ensure timely delivery of reports.

· Provide support for governance of side letters, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and internal guidelines.

· Offer assistance for strategic priorities and initiatives related to different facets of fund management.

· Conduct regular review of data and reporting processes to identify areas for improvement.

· Monitor and report on key metrics related to Investment data including data cleanup.

Skills desired

· Bachelor’s degree

· 3 years of experience in Fund / Investor services.

· Alternative fund strategies & Investment management knowledge preferred.

· Fund admin knowledge would be a plus.

· Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent project and time management skills

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
