We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in South East Asia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in client engagement, business development, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & CRM: Foster long-term relationships through strategic client management, ensuring seamless communication and tailored solutions.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base and service offerings.
Client Development: Cultivate and penetrate existing client relationships, exploring cross-selling opportunities.
Client Acquisition: Prospect and engage new occupier clients, leveraging research and industry events.
Relationship Enhancement: Strengthen existing client relationships through consistent CRM and tailored solutions.
Service Integration: Cross-sell CBRE services to create sticky client relationships.
Market Intelligence: Conduct research and attend industry events to stay abreast of market trends.
Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate on regional initiatives to enhance our local business.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with occupier clients
Knowledge of West Market
Certification in business development, marketing, or related fields
3+ years of business development experience in real estate or related industries
Proven track record in client engagement and relationship management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical and market research abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
