Google AI Sales Specialist Manager, Google Cloud in Mumbai, India

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 15 years of experience in business development functions.

  • 4 years of experience with people management.

  • Experience working with engineers and customer technical leads to build business cases and accompany plans for implementation.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with product teams and an understanding of how to embed technology into their product set.

  • Experience with Google Cloud, Google Cloud AI offerings, and with promoting an AI technology stack.

  • Experience with leadership in growing and scaling business organizations.

  • Experience working with and managing partners in implementation projects including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.

  • Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders as a business advisor and thought leader.

As an AI Sales Specialist Specialist Manager, you will be responsible for growing the AI business by building and leading teams who are working to deploy AI solutions.

  • Oversee and be accountable for developing, advancing, and resolving business pipelines, AI bookings, and business, as well as the creation of account plans.

  • Develop talent and serve as a key contributor to AI Sales and Google Leadership teams.

  • Create alignment across multiple functions (e.g., Marketing, Customer Engineer Managers, Partners, Field Solutions Architects, and AI Product Engineers).

  • Build relationships with customers and manage teams focused on engagement with scale and growth opportunities.

  • Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, assist in identifying AI use cases, and influence long-term direction for new and existing customers.
