nVent Marketo Administrator in Mumbai, Indiana

As a Marketo Administrator, you will:

• Manage, build, maintain, and optimize a best in class Marketing Automation Platform

• Evangelize Marketo best practices, including documentation, guidance, training, and enablement across varied functional teams

• Manage all automation requests from project management tools (experience with Wrike, Hive, or similar tools preferred)

• Continually create and manage platform performance, including users, roles, workspaces, programs, smart campaigns, smart lists, sync/system errors, forms, landing pages, tracking, automations, segmentation, lead routing, MQL structure, channel management, retention and privacy policies

• Continually create and manage integrations, including customer relationship management system, event management platform, webinar platform, ad tech, and other tools in the technology stack

• Collaborate with Sr Manager, Marketing Technology and Operations and vendor partners on Marketo strategy, architecture, and processes

• Create SOPs for all related marketing technology operations in alignment and partnership with the Marketing Operations team

• Work with email marketing team on segmentation optimization

• Proactively review and identify areas to increase efficiencies with automation

• Work collaboratively across marketing functions to create campaign hierarchy and processes for better reporting

You have :

College Graduate with Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) • Previous experience in or with

4+ years of working in B2B marketing, specifically in the areas of marketing automation, operations/data, and/or digital marketing

1 - 3 years working as a Marketo Administrator, current or recent MCE preferred

o Hands on experience in Salesforce.com, specifically campaign, lead and contact objects

Experience collaborating with Salesforce admins, IT teams, sales ops, and other non-marketing stakeholders

Experience in and deep understanding of data workflows, architecture, field syncs, campaign hierarchy, and lead management

Expert-level knowledge of Excel

A working knowledge of data retention practices and privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA a plus

Candidates with B2B SaaS experience will be given extra consideration
