Assists the Program Leader in various facets of operations. Duties include data entry, appropriate updates/revisions to printed documents and other materials, and organizing and disseminating information. Provides assistance with any of the following: alligator spotlight and/or nest surveys; nest observation and/or counting; small hand/power tools; and other tasks as assigned. Seasonal Tech may provide support to staff in installation of markers and signs, and maintenance of equipment, facilities and/or buildings. Performs work activities during the day and/or night-time hours on land and/or water, and under harsh field conditions in hot and humid climate with biting insects; potentially venomous snakes. Works under moderate supervision, with minimal latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement. Performs additional duties as assigned. Complies with all Agency, Division, and Branch rules, regulations, and procedures. Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Graduation from High School or GED.
