Microsoft Corporation Partner Solution Sales - Modern Work in Multiple Locations, Turkey

The Global Partner Solutions (GPS) team is a sales organization accountable for the commercial partner business at Microsoft, and the mission is to build and sell Microsoft Cloud applications, services and devices with partners, empowering people, and organizations to achieve more.

As a Partner Solution Sales resource, your responsibilities will be to develop and execute a Partner Solution Sales plan and Territory plan with partners, focused on Modern Work solutions (Microsoft 365). You will be expected to drive sales through both partner-led and co-sell initiatives to achieve quarterly revenue targets. As a Leader of Solution Area Sales, your role involves driving your partner's sales execution at a large scale. Your deep solution area expertise and business acumen will be leveraged to drive revenue impact month-on-month and quarter-on-quarter. Success in your role will be achieved through skilling in Modern Work solution area and executing across the Microsoft Customer Execution Model. You will be responsible for creating and executing a well-designed Solution Area focused plan. Additionally, you will actively seek to enhance your career path through recommended and additional training.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for owning the Modern Work pipeline with partners for assigned territory and leveraging investments to drive pipeline velocity in Small & Mid-market customer segment.

  • You will be accountable for the Solution Area revenue forecast for your portfolio of assigned partners.

  • Coach the value of the Microsoft Modern Work solution plays to your asigned partners and secure their commitment for further solution sales practice acceleration to increase their share of wallet.

  • You will be expected to drive inbound referral sharing for contribution to the Qualified Pipe and Top of Funnel.

  • Drive the utilization of investments and incentives to move opportunities through the sales cycle and promote deployment and consumption.

  • Support the partner in driving top key deals to deliver revenue impact to the business, assisting in removing commercial blockers and coaching on compete challenges.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications (RQs)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g., Informatics), Business/Economics (Sales), or related field AND experience in information technology (IT)-related industry sales, consulting, the partner channel sales and professional business development experience OR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g., Informatics), Business/Economics (Sales), or related field AND experience in information technology (IT)-related industry sales, consultin, the partner channel sales and professional coaching/mentoring OR equivalent experience

  • Workload Fundamental Certification

  • Complex consultative or solutions selling experience
