Microsoft Corporation Industry GTM Manager in Multiple Locations, India

The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) Asia regional team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy to a regional execution plan and driving operational excellence through the prism of enabling consistency, agility, and accountability. Our team drives cross-functional insight and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale.

We are creating a Go To Market (GTM) role as part of the SE&O Asia organization to drive AI Transformation for our customers by tailoring and executing the business strategy to the India market. The role will work closely with the sales teams and our partner network to orchestrate the go-to-market (GTM) plans across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Leads Sales Enablement

  • Leads Sales Enablement with the India Account Team Unit by landing global strategy connected to the local customer needs.

  • Collaborates with our Microsoft Global Partner Sales (GPS) organization and Industry advisors to uncover repeatable solutions and drive local partner-led demand generation and seller awareness.

  • Collaboration across relevant stakeholders to leverage expertise and continuously enable a world class sales organization.​

  • Drive Business Performance

  • Drives sales performance in AI Transformation for our customers ​

  • Identifies growth opportunities in the market and builds clear execution plans to deliver on

  • Champions Customer Advocacy

  • Advocates as the voice of the Customer, Partners and Area to provide thought leadership and to drive improvements on the GTM plan

  • Facilitates and drives engagement across a complex stakeholder map to support sellers to drive customer outcomes and advocates for improvements

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

10+ years sales enablement, business development experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Experience in managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization.
