Microsoft Corporation Senior Go To Market Manager, Americas Security in Multiple Locations, Brazil

As one of Microsoft's key strategic pillars, our Security organization is investing additional resources to expand on our market leading business. We’re looking for a * Senior Go* To *Market Manager, Americas Security * to lead our program strategy and execution for the Americas Small Medium Corporate (SMC) Security business.
In this role, you will build and drive strategy, sales enablement, and execution of Pre-sales and post-sales Programs to grow the Americas Security business across Canada, Latin America, and the United States. Your focus will be on our Small, Medium and Corporate customers with 300-10,000 employees.
We’re part of the Americas Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) organization with the objective of engineering scale and consistency in many areas, including Go to Market strategy, operations, customer and partner experience. The Sales Enablement & Operations team play an essential role in translating Microsoft’s worldwide commercial strategy to a regional execution plan and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Overall, you will take defined and ambiguous problems, break them down into key priorities based on desired outcomes, build plans to address the prioritized motions, execute the plan with precision and report on progress. You will collaborate and influence stakeholders from a number of key areas within Microsoft including the Global Partners Solutions organization (GPS), Central Marketing Organization (CMO), Area Sales teams and Worldwide teams (e.g. engineering and marketing) to both drive change in our business as well as drive success with the following key responsibilities:
Business Development
Collaborates with multiple stakeholders to drive focus and enablement for key business focus areas.
Leverages knowledge of utilization targets to identify areas of strength and strategies to support areas of improvement.
Build relationships and drive regular engagements with relevant stakeholders to operationalize and land implementation of solutions that drive strategic impact and increase market share for Microsoft and partners.
Business Management
Builds and drives program strategy to support Security license utilization.
Leads a regular cadence of connections with corporate (e.g., global sales, marketing, and operations, the business group, engineering) to execute tactical and strategic planning, gather feedback, and enable field performance.
Leverages understanding of the overall health of the business and customer/partner pain points to identify areas for adjustment and programs to drive greater impact in the field.
Aligns and disseminates program best practices to enable successful performance across groups.
Field Enablement
Partners with sales to land field enablement accountability.
Serves as an orchestrator between the business and the areas/subsidiaries to develop and land sales programs.
Provides thought leadership and clarity to coach and equip the team, channel, and sellers with the knowledge, skills, and resources to sell (e.g., readiness for programs owned by the solution area).
Appropriately activates the partner ecosystem to enable and drive results. Identifies failure points and orchestrates resources to mitigate.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
5+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience.
5+ years of enterprise GTM experience with more than two of the following: create and orchestrate strategic go-to-market plans; build, develop, and execute sales enablement strategy; drive marketing and partner programs; product marketing; business planning; product management; customer and market analysis; Go-to-Market strategy and execution; end-to-end customer journey, competitive market analysis and positioning; organize and drive product roadmaps; develop insights from market research; or related.
3+ years of enterprise experience in Microsoft Security or other security platforms
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
8+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
OR equivalent experience.
5+ years experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization.
Field Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
