We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Support Project Manager/Lead based in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. This role involves overseeing the daily activities of the Technical Service department and spearheading the development of our service business model and organizational structure. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing service processes, developing new service products, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day activities of the Technical Service department

• Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and our service business model

• Further develop and implement a comprehensive national technical service strategy

• Define clear milestones, introduce controlling KPIs and develop new service products and effective concepts for the Technical Outside Service

• Identify and realize opportunities to optimize and further develop all existing service processes, procedures, & post-sales support

• Actively engage within the industry to understand the customer’s market and technical challenges

• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty by establishing customer relationships and maintaining high-quality service

• Spearhead the development or enhancement of an Internal Ticketing/Customer Messaging system

• Utilize skills in Customer Service, Organizational Change Management, and KPI Reporting to drive success in the role.

Requirements • Must possess a strong background in project management or project support roles

• Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service

• Proven track record in organizational change management

• Proficient in Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting

• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

• Proficiency in using project management tools and software

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects concurrently

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
