KMG Prestige is adding to our growing team and is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work in our Mt Pleasant Office. A team member is needed who is highly detail-oriented and organized, has a positive attitude, and is self-motivated. Administrative Assistants are responsible for general correspondence, correspondence with clients and housing agencies, data entry, various reporting, providing support to a select portfolio, training and mentoring team members, and more. The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver with strong time and task management skills.
You Have:
Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent communication skills
Strong email and telephone etiquette
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Exceptional organizational skills
Prior administrative experience
