Our client, a home health care service in New Jersey, is looking for a remote PR Manager to help support their media and marketing team on a maternity coverage through March, 2025. This is a fully remote position for 40 hours a week from mid-December through March 2025. Candidate must have their own computer and software.The Public Relations Manager will be: - overseeing the development and implementation of their enterprise and practice communications with externalmedia, including reporters, influencers, stakeholder groups, donors, payers, clients, families, and partners- working closely with the Manager, Media and Executive Communications and with Marketing colleagues, practice and division leaders across the enterprise to drive thought leadership and establish their brand - responsible for facilitating interviews or written responses with trade media, amplifying PR wins internally andthis role is also responsible for implementing internal and crisis communications, including with joint venture partnersThis PR Manager will have: - Four (4) year college degree.- at least 5- 7 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, leading people or managing processes- experience with MS Office Suite, SharePoint/Teams, Zoom, Teamwork, MuckRack- media-facing managerial-level PR/media experience, health care experience preferred - demonstrated professional writing skills; PR / health care portfolio preferred- understands the company's organizational structure, financial status, and operational goals/objectives; connects with their culture - ability to consult with customers and peers on the most effective communication channels- experience managing large PR and communication projects and campaigns- familiarity with industry media and solid knowledge of current communication strategies, with experience implementing them into projects and campaignsIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
