Description:

Strata Solar is hiring laborers for their O&M projects in Virginia. This is seasonal work that will run from March - December. They will work on 3 solar farms. Accomac, White Horn (far south Eastern shore), and 2 farms in Virginia Beach. They will meet in Accomac and travel from there + return home nightly.

Individuals will support operations and maintainenece functions on their already built solar farms for vegetation maintainenece. Individuals will have 1 year of construction experience and be able to work outdoor in the elements.

Be able to walk in rough terrain continuously throughout the day Be able to lift/carry 25 pounds continuously throughout the day Must be able to pass a drug test and have OSHA 10 Construction Safety certification Be able to follow written instructions Be able to work outdoors in hot &/or wet conditions for extended duration Must be able to work 10-12 hour shifts Must have dependable transportation to get to the site every day
