Job Description:

• Looking for a passionate and versatile Visual Communications Designer to join our Marketing and Communications team.

• This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to visual identity and brand experience across a diverse range of online and offline channels.

• You will be a key partner in bringing our brand to life and communicating our story to the world. We’re looking for a systems-thinking designer, with high creative standards and a generative approach to visual communications.

Responsibilities:

• Visual Storytelling: Design compelling visuals for a variety of digital media, including social media graphics, LinkedIn posts, website experiences, email templates, and presentations.

• Create engaging marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, one-pagers, white papers, and case studies. This can include diagrams, data visualization, infographics and other graphics.

• Develop impactful presentations and pitch decks for internal and external audiences, including investors, partners, and customers.

• Create customer-facing materials that help and support Intrinsic users in the use of our products and the solution building process.

• Creative Direction:

• Provide creative direction and oversight for videography and animation projects, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality content.

• Conceptualize and design engaging visual experiences for trade shows and events, including both design, signage, and interactive displays.

• Lead the design and production of company swag and merchandise, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and overall aesthetic.

• Data Visualization:

• Transform complex data and technical information into clear, concise, and visually appealing infographics and data visualizations.

• Create compelling data-driven narratives for presentations, reports, and marketing materials.

• Print Production Expertise: Oversee the design and production of printed materials, including brochures, posters, banners, and event signage.

• Possess a strong understanding of print production processes, including color management, paper selection, and finishing techniques.

• Ensure accurate color reproduction and high-quality output for all printed materials.

• Brand Champion:

• Systemize the use of brand guidelines and system across external touch points with customers and key audiences - ensuring consistency across all channels from digital assets to physical spaces.

• Conduct regular brand audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure brand consistency. Crystalize the most fitting and brand-evolving work

Experience:

• Experience designing for technical or developer audiences in the enterprise space.

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Blender)

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

• Extensive experience with both digital and print design, including print production processes.

• Proficient in data visualization and infographic design Contemporary web design experience, for responsive, mobile-optimized web experiences Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with the ability to influence others.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
