Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA.
Experience with leadership and excellent project management, problem solving/analysis, data analysis to produce actionable insights and recommendations.
Experience in structuring and executing complex analyses to support strategy in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
Experience with senior stakeholder management and executive communications.
Experience successfully managing ambitious, strategic, and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams.
The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
In this role, you will define the overall service model for Complex Technical Consults, Media Performance and Optimization services and Customer Support services (gTech Ads) for Google's Ads customers across channels. You will focus on driving critical strategic programs to drive higher business impact through structured improvements in the service model. The team partners closely with gTech Ads executive leadership, and various cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of goals, excellence in execution, and help facilitate ambiguous business decisions.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Define, launch, and drive strategic priorities for gTech Ads, while acting as a strategic partner to leadership.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to gather relevant information, context, and drive business analysis with effective project communication and management.
Identify and structure specific analyses to address complex, ambiguous and highly impactful business problems for gTech Ads, and drive to recommendations.
Resolve issues based on robust problem structuring and data backed analysis and insights to enable strategic decisions to the gTech Ads leadership.
Drive large-scale complex strategic initiatives, structuring efforts and programs to achieve a step-change in business impact.
