Intuit Senior Treasury Analyst - Capital Markets in Mountain View, California

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience; MBA / CFA preferred

  • 3+ years related corporate finance, capital markets and/or treasury experience

  • Detail-oriented and strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Strong technical skills with ability to create financial models, forecasts and analyses

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a growing team environment as required

  • Proactive – eager to learn and take on tasks/projects in tight collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

How you will lead

The Treasury Analyst – Capital Markets position will report to Intuit’s Treasury Capital Markets Lead and provides a key role in supporting the strategic direction and implementation of the global Treasury function. Key duties may include:

  • Assist in the evaluation and execution of capital markets transactions to provide adequate funding and maintain financial flexibility

  • Prepare recommendations for capital-raising alternatives including but not limited to public and private debt issues, convertible debt offerings, equity offerings, leasing, revolving lines of credit, term loan etc.

  • Help maintain relationships with ratings agencies, banking partners and funding sources

  • Monitor and report debt covenants, interest expense, investment portfolio performance and FX exposure

  • Support corporate finance topics such as capital structure, capital injection in subsidiaries, cost of capital, shareholder distributions and intercompany loan agreements

  • Prepare presentations on funding and capital market activity for senior management and the Board

  • Assist in maintaining the insurance risk management portfolio to ensure that financial risk exposures are being addressed relative to the organization's risk appetite, internal and external economics
