Intuit Senior Program Manager in Mountain View, California

This role reports to the Group Manager, Business & Creative Operations and supports the Finance Ops team.

What you'll bring

  • 10+ years’ experience including roles in business operations, finance, program management, event management

  • 2+ years budget management experience required with budgets in excess of $5M

  • Strong organization, communications, and presentation skills

  • Ability to synthesize various points of view into a cohesive narrative

  • Excellent creativity and problem solving

  • Passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the business

  • Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships, both internally and externally

  • Ability to organize work and create processes to enable speed and efficiency at scale

  • Must be proactive, take ownership, respond quickly, and have excellent follow through skills

  • Strategic approach to finance operations is key, with rigor AND flexibility to support and pivot with the needs of the business

  • Prior people management experience a huge plus

  • Strong culture champion preferred

How you will lead

  • Manage highly visible Tech & SBSEG budgets as partner to Event Operations, Corporate Finance, Procurement and Accounting on monthly actuals, accruals, quarterly rebalancing, year-end planning and fiscal year planning

  • Support Finance Operations Team

  • Create and manage purchase orders

  • Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting

  • Timely response to emails, voicemails, and written correspondence

  • Communicate clearly at multiple levels and with diverse audiences

  • Handle multiple tasks while being flexible as priorities and focus can change rapidly

  • Research and analyze data within the context of a project, departmental needs, or company direction and make recommendations for improvements

  • Update playbooks and work on other business or financial operations programs as needed
