Location: Mountain View, CA (2 days/week on-site)

Contract End Date: 05/31/2025 – extension or conversion upon budget approval

Rate: 85/hour

Job Description: Identify strategic opportunities by integrating customer, competitor and macroeconomic insights in service of highly impactful Strategic and Operational initiatives Lead and implement initiatives, by developing & executing clear action plans, identifying success metrics & targets, and managing timelines Develop and articulate program strategy and plans to cross-functional teams, senior and executive leadership Proactively identify roadblocks and suggest alternative solutions, actionable recommendations that drive business impact Influence & partner with key internal stakeholder teams: marketers, communicators, analysts, leadership, sourcing, and finance to ensure shared vision and drive initiatives forward Proactively gather and incorporate key stakeholder inputs and recommendations Embrace a learner’s mindset, and deliver short and long-term goals

Skills: BA/BS required, or equivalent work experience. MBA preferred but not required 5-8+ years professional experience in strategy, consulting or marketing Proven experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams to deliver amazing outcomes

Demonstrated ability to prioritize across a vast array of initiatives Solid verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, initiative and the desire to drive significant, measurable performance results Strong project management skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail Strong organization navigational skills, including ability to lead and influence without direct authority Ability to think about ambiguous or complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations
