Intuit Senior Manager, Customer Engagement in Mountain View, California

Overview

Come join the Market Development and Strategy team as a Senior Communications Manager for Customer Engagement. This team is building relationships with key customers to codify learnings, build scalable and repeatable processes, and introduce a new way of working for QuickBooks.

The successful candidate will create and engage with top-tier customer panels, communicating insights and telling customer stories across the organization To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of developing and executing customer engagement programs. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

What you'll bring

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in customers engagement and /or communications

  • BS/BA degree in Communications, Marketing, Political Science, or a relevant field

  • Sharp business judgment, ability to see "big picture" and to prioritize

  • Passion for and demonstrated success in understanding and fulfilling internal or external customer needs; problem-solver mindset

  • Superb ability to influence and motivate others, drive collaboration, teaming and resolve conflict between diverse stakeholder groups

  • Demonstrated exceptional learning agility

  • Executive presence, excellent verbal and written communication

  • Ability to manage change and ambiguity with an action-orientation/drive - must thrive in a dynamic environment

How you will lead

  • Execute on the strategy to develop and nurture a top-tier customer advisory panels. Creating an overall customer panel engagement models. Deepening strategic customer relationships.

  • Scale and streamline communications and customer engagement activities.

  • Capture customer insights and communicate customer stories across the organization in multiple formats (presentations, videos, messages, etc) to drive customer awareness, empathy and improvement mind-set.

  • Lead, organize, and manage executive-level special projects to explore and implement changes in customer engagement across the organization.

  • Contribute to codification and sharing of best practices in customer engagement across the organization.

  • Monitor and evaluate program performance and customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

  • Develop key metrics and capture and analyze data to continuously improve the impact of customer engagement.

  • Establish a deep understanding of all of Intuit product offerings.
