• Mastery of video & audio signal flows and current AV & event technologies

• Proficient in managing and troubleshooting OSI layers 1 through 7.

• Experienced working knowledge of AV standards and signal protocols.

• Advanced knowledge and experience in developing event & AV system designs working with associated hardware and software.

• Broad knowledge of current AV methodologies, designs and troubleshooting techniques.

• Demonstrate depth of knowledge and advanced experiences in AV technologies.

• Broad knowledge of AV and related hardware and software.

How you will lead

JOB CONTENT AND SCOPE (fundamental role)

• Advanced level technical contributor with extensive scope and network complexity.

• Works on extremely complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of identifiable or intangible variables.

• Subject matter expert in multiple Audio Visual (AV) and Event technology areas.

• Technical and project management leadership of other AV and Event technology within their job functions according to established policy and procedures.

• Prepares documentation for designs, proposals and event support presentations.

• Leads designs and participates in testing of networking and related hardware and software.

• Provides analysis for event support equipment technologies, lab testing solutions and baselining of AV equipment.

• Provides highly technical leadership, mentoring and methodologies

• Perform multiple tasks simultaneously on tight timelines

• Establishes evaluation criteria and processes

TYPICAL DELIVERABLES

• Long-term capacity planning, baselines, policies and procedures

• Proposals, whitepapers, presentations and technical documentation

• Test plans, Maintenance plans, AV and Event system designs and configuration documents

• Technical presentations, procedures and process documentation

• Tier 3 technical AV and Event support

• Project plans for owned deliverables

• Test plans, implementations plans

• Document solutions to routine problems
