Insight Global Project/Supply Chain/Logistics Coordinator in Mountain View, California

Job Description

We are looking for a Project/Supply Chain Coordinator to work for a growing team within a Network PMO group. This is an opportunity to work with a fast pace, highly cross functional group. You will be responsible for processing order reports, collecting data around bill of materials and delivery dates. You will also work hand in hand with multiple supply chain/logistics team to increase visibility to date across the cross functional teams. We need a candidate that prides themselves on organization, ability to optimize data and a go getter.

Skills and Requirements

* Ship label creation using our FedEx account info.

* Open Order Report (updating SAP with delivery dates on a daily basis - within a timely manner)

* Updating NetEngDemand column with delivery dates

* Updating Misc sheet column with delivery dates (Excel or Google Sheets)

* Checking FedEx tracking # 's in the FedEx website to ensure material has been delivered.

* Processing STO's (we'll provide them a pre-filled STO template, and they just need to upload it to SAP), and updating bugs/tickets with ETAs and tracking #'s.

* Calling FedEx / waiting on hold / getting updates regarding late deliveries.

* Connecting with Suppliers (handling delay conversations) * PEGA tickets (creation and management) for all shipments (inbounds and outbounds).

* Ensuring STOs ship by the next day (creating GUTS tickets may be required to follow up with WH)

* Getting Tracking #'s from team for those orders that physically ship but SAP does not populate with tracking #'s. null
