Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Work Schedule: Hybrid (Tues-Thurs in-office; Mon & Fri remote) Normal PST business hours, Monday – Friday

Pay Rate: $73.00-$97.00 per Hour

Job Description:

The Worlds Largest Search Engine is seeking a dynamic P&D Marketing, Communications Manager who is a strong communicator with the ability to understand and break down complex topics. You will collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff and the VP of Platforms & Devices Marketing to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences—both internal and external.

To excel in this role, you will need to combine creativity with organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to craft clear and compelling communications.

  • Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies.

  • Lead cross-functional programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Write and edit high-quality content for a range of communication channels.

  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, facilitating effective communication across teams and functions.

Skills/Experience/Education

Mandatory:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5-7 years of experience in writing, editorial, content marketing, or communications.

  • 2 years of experience in internal communications, with experience writing for C-level executives.

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional programs or initiatives.

Desired:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to set goals and prioritize initiatives with minimal guidance.

  • Comfort with data and the ability to leverage insights in decision-making.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to work well across teams, functions, and levels.

  • Outstanding command of the English language, with excellent judgment and a keen creative eye for storytelling.

  • Ability and willingness to flex between strategy and execution.

  • Understanding of media and tech industries is a plus.

Pay Details: $73.00 to $97.00 per hour
