Intuit Principal Technical Program Manager in Mountain View, California

What you'll bring

  • Strong Program Management team leadership experience, including 10+ years leading multiple complex software development projects

  • Strategic, creative problem solver with demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment

  • Ability to influence at all levels and without direct authority, lead end-to-end, and bend seamlessly between strategic and tactical work

  • Establish rapport, credibility, trust and build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcomes for complex programs.

  • Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences, strong presentation skills and compelling storytelling abilities. Able to visually communicate complex topics and influence stakeholders to take action

  • Ability to rally teams behind your execution plan, communicate a clear story of challenges and opportunities, and align executive teams on program outcomes

  • Experience driving program outcomes in an Agile/Scrum based environment, balancing the desire of date driven business outcomes and prioritization based development outcomes

  • Fintech industry knowledge preferred

How you will lead

  • Kickstart multi-org programs, aligning disparate leaders and programs on single program outcomes

  • Create program structures that empower teams to achieve successful outcomes

  • Manage program reporting and Sr. Leader escalations and communications

  • Define multi-org product & operational standards, dashboards, and processes

  • Drive continuous improvement across multi-org program teams enabling product & operational excellence

  • Drive/ challenge discussions with experts achieving optimal outcomes

  • Influence program outcomes to align with Intuit’s technical & business strategy

  • Bring outside-in learnings to the team

  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across Product Development, Product Management, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success Develop a close working relationship with the portfolio stakeholders to ensure that the team is focused on the highest priority programs, and is helping deliver the most value to our customers

  • Develop common mechanisms for keeping key stakeholders informed on the portfolio progress, risks, and issues
