Job Description:

• Client is looking for consultant with a strong background in manufacturing operations and project management, specializing in New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.

Responsibilities:

• Interface with external vendors/partners directly to track progress on manufacturing activities and report weekly status to NPI manufacturing leads

• Support the NPI team with tracking requests from external partners and ensure the required feedback is collected

• Track and summarize manufacturing yields & issues, for the NPI TPM to review

• Support the NPI team with logistics and shipments to/from external partners

• Support with putting in purchase requests for equipment/fixtures related to assembly and test

• Track and drive fixture/equipment readiness status/schedule with external vendors

Experience:

• 2 years of experience in project management

• Experience in hardware operations/manufacturing or supply chain management

• Supported the NPI team on manufacturing operations activities

Skills:

• NPI

Education:

• BS or master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Engineering, Operations or other relevant field
