Teledyne Microwave Solutions is hiring a MIC Assembler. This person will be responsible for but not limited to:
Follows production drawings, sample assemblies and verbal instructions with minimum supervision.
Interprets and works from electromechanical schematics, drawings, work instructions and bills of material to understand the required parts and steps needed to complete the assigned assembly.
Reads worksheets and bonding diagrams, selects components.
Performs inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
Positions and aligns parts in specified relationship to each other in jig, fixture, or holding device.
Able to use hand and small tools, such as variety of tweezers, microscopes…
Basic skill on all types of MIC equipment, such as die-attached station, wedge bonder, ball bonder, gap welder, bond-pull tester…
Able to perform eutectic and epoxy die attach.
Must be able to follow specific procedures and details instructions completely.
Ensure that quality checks are completed throughout the manufacturing process.
High school graduate or equivalent
3 to 5 years of experience
Familiar with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office to record information on production records or log sheet, and other report forms.
Flexible working time and willing to be trained in relating tasks.
$41,800.00 - $69,850.00
