Purpose: Looking for a detailed person that can interact with small crew leaders complete bookkeeping tasks on time for payments to vendors, workers, and others that support the company in providing safe, secure rental units and efficient farming operations. Quick books is the accounting system that is being used for both the rental businesses and the farming enterprise. Tasks include: Accounts payable Accounts receivable (mostly rents) Payroll (Low season 15 to high season about 20) Reconciling Opening mail and other mail related activities Communicating with crew leaders Filing Payroll tax reports//payments, - company CPA can help with some functions W2 and 1099 Other related tasks.
