- Provides case management services
- Provides counseling
- Maintains clinical records
- Participates in peer review process and case compliance review of charts
- Assists in providing and communicating with community resources
- Valid drivers license for transporting
- Ability to operate standard office equipment (i.e., printer, computer, etc.)
