Description We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in the Energy/Natural Resources industry based in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. This role involves creating requisitions for Purchase Orders in the PeopleSoft system, processing payments and documents, and working with proprietary systems to create invoices. This position is office-based and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate processing of customer credit applications

• Creation of requisitions in the PeopleSoft system for the production of Purchase Orders

• Processing payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, and employee reimbursements

• Maintaining accurate customer credit records

• Utilizing company's proprietary systems to create invoices based on received paperwork detailing job performance

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary

• Assisting with the photocopying and scanning of documents as required

• Utilizing general computer skills to carry out tasks efficiently and effectively

• Ensuring organization in all aspects of work. Requirements • Proficiency in processing invoices and payments.

• Experience in handling accounts receivable.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage paperwork effectively.

• Familiarity with processing purchase orders.

• Strong computer skills, particularly in data entry and financial software.

• Experience in managing requisitions.

• Knowledge of PeopleSoft financial management system is preferred.

• Ability to prepare and manage journal vouchers.

• Experience in photocopying and scanning documents for record-keeping purposes.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment within the energy/natural resources industry.
