Description:

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and deliver analytical insight and decision support (VP to C-level; Operations, Marketing, Foodservice, Fuel, Human Resources, and Development)

• Develop and implement analytics strategies to meet annual company initiatives

• Partner with IT to understand database structure and SQL table design

• Manipulate and transform data in Power Query Editor to increase report update speed/efficiency and enable automatic updates

• Maintain and improve existing analytics with Report Builder design and distribution scheduler.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Business/ Finance /Economics/Analytics/Statistics)

• MUST HAVE - Advanced proficiency in Power BI (connect to databases, SQL, writing measures, using tools, merges & joins)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• C-Store or retail industry experince preferred but not required

• Desire to be a part of a growing and evolving culture

• Flexibility to adapt and succeed in a rapid pace environment

• Willingness to evaluate, troubleshoot and implement improvement and efficiency opportunities
