Our software is very complex, and we are committed to providing quality support for our customers. Because it is the right thing to do. Still, we are eager to grow the company responsibly by truthfully marketing our products and services. So, this position will entail a combination of support responsibilities and marketing activities. We project the initial split will be 75% support to 25% marketing. Eagerness and a serious interest in becoming an integral member of our Team is a must. To succeed as an organization, we must have invested colleagues.
IAT offers on- the-job training and software industry experience is NOT required. The ideal candidate must simply possess the eagerness and willingness to learn!
Duties and Responsibilities • Utilize our salesforce tracking system internally to manage customer support requests. • Communicate with customers directly via phone and email on a regular basis. • Conduct product training sessions with new and existing customers, including follow-up. • Work with sales team to develop campaigns and strategies for business growth and customer acquisition • Create marketing collateral and distribution channels
