Position Summary:

The Division of Exercise & Health Sciences in the School of Health Sciences at Central Michigan University invites applicants for a non-benefit eligible part-time (12 credits), summer fixed-term faculty position. Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Teaching: The successful candidate is expected to teach Human cadaver anatomy with labs in a face-to-face format in a required course for Physician Assistant Master's and Doctor of Physical Therapy students during Summer 2024 session.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's in anatomy, or related field ; • Minimum of three years of anatomy teaching experience; • The ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated successful teaching at the college level or with adult learners; • Experience in anatomy education; • Proficiency in use of technology; • Effective written/oral communication skills; and involvement with professional organizations at state/national level.
