Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with PLC and electrical systems, and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the maintenance field.

Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

Location: Mount Laurel, New Jersey

Pay Range: $30-$32 an hour

What's the Job?

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems

• Installations and overhauls to equipment, machinery and facilities, including rewinders, sheeters and trimmers

• Perform other tasks such as light machining, preventive maintenance cleaning and lubricating parts as well as welding and fabricating parts

• Ability to follow written instructions from manuals, schematics, specifications and manufacturer’s directions required

• PLC experience required

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the maintenance field

• Experience with PLC and electrical systems

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Ability to follow written instructions from manuals, schematics, specifications and manufacturer’s directions required

• Hydraulic & pneumatic systems, basic electrical circuits, motors, gears, compressors, pumps, clutches and brakes experience required
