RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates completion of MDS documentation
- Supervises utilization of CAAs and care plans
- Schedule completion of RAI following state and federal guidelines
- Manage Case Mix Results
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current RN state license
- 1+ years of long term care experience
- MDS Coordinator experience, preferred
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Positive Can-Do Attitude
- Excellent Attendance
