Lifesprk Harrison Bay - Maintenance Director in Mound, Minnesota

Description Harrison Bay, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Maintenance Director and Marketing to join our growing team! Harrison Bay is a beautiful facility, located in Mound, MN. It is located right off Commerce Blvd, right by Lake Minnetonka. It's a lakeside work environment, with 72 total units between memory care, assisted living, and independent living. The team at Harrison Bay is creative, fun, and most of all help our resident Age Magnificently! Pay: $24-26 Based on Experience Shifts Available: Full-Time Are you compassionate towards others? Our Maintenance Directors become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position you will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment. Duties include: * Ensures repair, maintenance, and function of building electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, floor care, vehicles and grounds meet expectations. * Creates and implements preventive maintenance program for buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment. * Ensures work orders are completed in a timely manner. * Consistently protects residents and tenants' safety by controlling access to chemicals and equipment. * Attends and assists in training events to maintain and expand competencies and customer service. * Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and adherence to department's budget. Preferred Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Demonstrated knowledge of mechanics, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing as well as * housekeeping and laundry operations. * Experience in health care is preferred.
