Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Picker/Packer and Inventory Control)

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking and packing orders, receiving and organizing incoming products, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications, ensuring items are properly prepared for shipment.
• Inventory Management: Receive and verify incoming products, ensuring quantities and quality match purchase orders. Organize products in the warehouse, maintaining an efficient storage system.
• Stock Replenishment: Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to ensure product availability.
• Order Accuracy: Conduct quality checks to ensure all orders are complete and accurately packed before shipment.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure easy access to products and a safe working space.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, orders, and stock levels. Report discrepancies or issues to management.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff and management to meet daily order fulfillment targets and address any operational issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order management.
• Ability to lift and move products, with occasional heavy lifting required.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with occasional exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.

This role is essential to our logistics and order fulfillment process, and we are looking for someone who is reliable, efficient, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
